Abstract: Pupuk organik dapat dibuat dari baglog jamur tiram yang diharapkan dapat memperbaiki sifat fisik, kimia dan biologi tanah. Perbaikan sifat fisik, kimia dan biologi tanah mampu mempengarui pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman, akan tetapi hingga saat ini belum diketahui dosis yang tepat pengunaan pupuk organik dari limbah baglog jamur tiram untuk meningkatkan hasil dan pertumbuhan tanaman. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian pengaruh dosis pupuk organik dari limbah baglog jamur tiram terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanama sawi sendok (Brassica chinensis L). Tujuan penelitian adalah 1). Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk organik baglog jamur tiram terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi sendok. 2 ). Menentukan dosis pupuk organik baglog jamur tiram yang mampu memberikan hasil pertumbuhan yang maksimal terhadap tanaman sawi sendok. Penelitian dilakukan pada Desember 2013 sampai Januari 2014 di kebun percobaan Sangrila Fakultas Pertanian dan Bisnis UKSW di Dusun Plalar, Desa Kopeng, Kecamatan Getasan, Kabupaten Semarang Jawa Tengah. Rancanga untuk penelitian dasar adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Hasil penelitian adalah 1). Pemberian pupuk organik baglog jamur tiram mampu mempengarui pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi sendok. 2). Pemberian 15 ton-1 pupuk organik baglog jamur tiram merupakan dosis terbaik yang mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produktifitas tanaman sawi sendok.
Organic fertilizers can be made from oyster mushrooms baglog which expected able to improve the physical, chemical and biological soil. Improvement of the physical, chemical and biological soil is able to influence the growth and yield, but until now has not seen the proper dosage of organic fertilizer from waste baglog oyster to increase the yield and plant growth Therefore, research the effect of the dosage of organic fertilizer from waste baglog oyster mushrooms on growth and yield of mustard (Brassica chinensis L). The research objectives are 1). To study the influence of organic fertilizer from oyster mushroom baglog toward the growt h and yield of mustrad green 2). To determine the dosage of organic fertilizer from oyster mushroom baglog which able to establish the best mustrad green’s growth and yield. Research conducted in December 2013 to January 2014 at the sangrila experimental area of agriculture and business faculty, SWCU which is located plalar hamlet , Kopeng village , Getasan subdistrict , Semarang regency , Central Java . the explantdesignof this reaset area designused randomized block design (RBD) with 6 treatments and 5 replicated. Research is 1). Organic fertilizer from oyster mushroom baglog is able to improve the growth and yield of mustrad green 2). The best dosage of organic fertilizer of oyster mushroom baglog which able to increase the growth and yield of green mustrad cultivation is 15 tons ha-1.
