Title: Isolasi, Identifikasi dan Uji Antagonisme Trichoderma spp. Rhizosfer Tanaman Karet Terhadap Jamur Akar Putih Secara In Vitro

Abstract: Tindakan pengendalian penyakit akar putih yang disebabkan oleh Rigidopurus microporus (jamur akar putih/ JAP) dapat menggunakan Trichoderma spp. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mendapatkan beberapa isolat genus Trichoderma spp. dari rhizosfer tanaman karet di dua afdeling (lima blok) Kebun Karet Blimbing PTPN IX, Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah, (2) mengetahui daya hambat isolat Trichoderma spp. yang berhasil diisolasi dan (3) mendapatkan isolat Trichoderma spp. yang memiliki daya antagonis paling tinggi terhadap JAP. Penelitian ini dirancang secara deskriptif untuk isolasi dan identifikasi, dan secara in vitro untuk uji antagonisme melalui persentase daya hambat dirancang dengan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK). Isolat- isolat yang berhasil diisolasi dan diidentifikasi secara makroskopis maupun mikroskopis menunjukkan ciri- ciri Trichoderma spp. berjumlah 11 isolat. Semua Trichoderma spp., dapat menghambat pertumbuhan JAP. Isolat Trichoderma spp. yang memiliki daya hambat paling tinggi adalah Trichoderma spp. Semurup TM 1 sebesar 69,66%.
Controling of white root disease caused by Rigidopurus microporus (white root fungus) can use Trichoderma spp. The purpose of this research was (1) to obtain some isolates of the genus Trichoderma spp. from rubber rhizosphere in two afdeling (five blocks) of Blimbing Rubber Plantation PTPN IX, Pekalongan, Central Java, (2) to know the inhibition capacities of Trichoderma spp. Isolates that resulted from the isolation and (3) to obtain the isolates of Trichoderma spp. which has the highest antagonist against white root fungus. For isolation and identification was done as descriptive research and for antagonism test through the percentage of inhibition was done by Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD). There were 11 isolates that were identified both macroscopically and microscopically had character of Trichoderma spp. Isolate of Trichoderma spp. which has the highest inhibition is Trichoderma spp. Semurup TM 1 amounted to 69.66%.
