Abstract: The purpose of this research were: 1) analyzing the factors that influenced the employees’ performance in outdoor activity division, 2) knowing consumers’ satisfaction level of enjoying the outdoor activity services in Agrowisata Kampoeng Kopi Banaran Bawen. The samples in this study were 30 employees in the outdoor activity division by applying the probability sampling technique in doing the census. In addition, 50 consumers were selected by applying non probability sampling technique with the incidental technique. The method used in this study was the study case with quantitative approach by applying the multiple linier regression method assisted by SPSS Program version 20 for Windows to test the study model. The results of the classical assumption showed that there was no problem with the data concerning the normality, multi-linearity, auto-correlation and heteroschedasticity. Therefore, the data in this study were stated as BLUE (best, linier, unbiased, estimator). The results showed that the working motivation and the working discipline were significantly influential toward the employees’ performance in the outdoor division. Furthermore, compensation toward the employees’ performance was not significantly influential because the nominal of compensation didn’t have any influence on the employees’ performance. Moreover, the customers’ satisfaction toward the quality service given by the service provider in the outdoor activity division was on the “quite satisfied” or “moderate” category. It could be seen from the frequency or the number of the visitors who were quite satisfied. There were 28people with the percentage of 56% from the 50 visitors who became the respondents who had high satisfaction level.
