Abstract: Salah satu masalah kesehatan yang sering terjadi di dunia adalah masalah kekurangan gizi. Di Indonesia sendiri masalah kekurangan gizi merupakan masalah besar yang berdampak negatif. Salah satu masalah kekurangan gizi yang sampai sekarang belum tuntas penyelesaiannya adalah anemia. Masalah anemia merupakan masalah kesehatan yang dihadapi oleh para wanita Indonesia sebagai akibat kekurangan zat besi . Upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan anemia dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian tablet tambah darah (TTD) yang mengandung besi-asam folat, disamping asupan gizi yang cukup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat analisis pola makan ibu hamil yang menderita anemia gizi besi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Getasan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analisis dengan jumlah sampel 35 orang. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan meliputi usia ibu hamil, usia kandungan, kadar hemoglobin dan frekuensi makan ibu hamil yang diambil satu bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 23 orang ibu hamil yang pola makannya sangat sering mengonsumsi makanan sumber penghambat absorpsi zat besi seperti teh, kopi dan cokelat sehingga terjadi penyerapan zat besi yang tidak maksimal.
One of common health problem in the world is malnutrition. In Indonesia, malnutrition is a big problem that has negative impact. One type of malnutrition that until now had not had solution was anemia. The problem of anemia is a health problem faced by Indonesian women as a result of iron deficiency. Anemia prevention and preventive efforts can be done by orally consuming blood-added tablets (TTD) containing iron-folic acid, in addition to adequate nutrient intake. This study aims to examine the pattern analysis of pregnant women who suffering anemia which is resulting from iron deficiency at Getasan community health centre. The design of this study used descriptive analysis with a sample size of 35 people. The data collected included the age of pregnant women, gestational age, hemoglobin level and the frequency of feeding of pregnant women taken in a last month. The results showed that are 23 people pregnant women whose diet is very often consume food sources of iron absorption inhibitors. Diet is very often caused by the habit of consuming beverages such as tea, coffee and chocolate so that absorption of iron is not maximal.
