Title: Manajemen Kesiswaan SD Negeri di Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Kecamatan Kedungjati Kabupaten Grobogan

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui langkah-langkah penerimaan siswa baru, 2) mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerimaan siswa baru, 3) mengetahui program kegiatan kesiswaan yang dilakukan, 4) dan mengetahui faktor penghambat kegiatan kesiswaan SD Negeri di Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Kecamatan Kedungjati Kabupaten Grobogan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Langkah-langkah penerimaan siswa baru meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan pelaksanaan; 2) Faktor pendukung penerimaan siswa baru yaitu kepedulian dan kerjasama komite, guru dan wali murid, tersedianya dana dan daya tampung siswa yang masih memungkinkan. Adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu karena letak geografis, persaingan antar sekolah, tradisi serta keberhasilan KB; 3) kegiatan kesiswaan yang telah dilakukan SD Negeri di Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara mencakup kegiatan bimbingan konseling, ekstrakurikuler, pembinaan prestasi unggulan dan pelacakan alumni; dan 4) Faktor penghambat program kegiatan yaitu waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan, letak geografis serta belum adanya buku panduan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan kesiswaan tersebut.
This research aims to: 1) knowing the steps of new student admissions, 2) knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors admission of new students, 3) knowing the program of student activities was conducted, and 4) knowing inhibiting student activity factors in Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Elementary School. The research was done at Elementary School in Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Kecamatan Kedungjati Kabupaten Grobogan. The results showed that: 1) The steps of application the pupil management for new admissions include planning, organizing and implementatio, 2) supporting factors of new admissions that awareness and collaboration between committees, teachers and parents, availability of funds and the capacity of students are still possible. Inhibiting factors as geographical location, competition between schools, the tradition and the success of family planning 3) student activities that have been carried out at Elementary School in Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara covers counseling activities, extracurricular, coaching superior achievements and tracking of alumni, and 4) Inhibiting factors the program activity is implementation times, geographical location and the lack of guidebooks in the implementation of student activities.
