Abstract: The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of SOP implementation in Salatiga One Stop Service Office (KPPT). The research technic was Compliance Audit. The analysis steps are: initial reviewing; determining the purpose of SOP, determining the attribute and deviation; determining the population; determining the sample selection method; setting the number of sample; observing and documentating sample; then evaluating. There are three sub SOPs in this research, they are: SOP of Permit Regristration, SOP of Cash Receipt, and SOP of Licencing Document Handover. The SOP effectivenes was evaluated in three levels, that are : attribute level, service activity level, and sub SOP level. The attribute level effectivenes was determined by comparing of maximum population deviation rate with tolerable rate of deviation. Some attribute was determined by judgment because of the sample limitation. Service activity level and type of SOP level was evaluated by class interval. The result shows that SOP of Licencing Document Handover was “Effective” whereas SOP of Permit Regristration and SOP of Cash Receipt are just “Effective Enough”
