Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the larvicide effective dose based on LC50 of the crude extract of phytic acid from tempe wastewater. The parameters which analyzed were pH, PO43-and qualitative test of phytic acid. The toxicity test of crude extract of phytic acid against the 3rd and 4th instar larvae of Dengu e Hemorraghic Fever (Aedes aegypti Linn.) were done by using the concentration of 0%; 7,5%; 15%; 22,5%; 30%; 37,5%; the 2 positive controls of phytic acid standard of 0,01%, and the abate 0,01% respectively. The datas were analyzed by using Randomized Comp letely Block Design (RCBD) with 8 treatments and 3 replications. The concentration of crude extract of phytic acid as a treatments and the time of analysis as a block. The difference between the average of the treatments, the Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) was used with 5% significant level, while the LC50 was done by Probit Analysis. The results of this research show that the 3rd and 4th instar larvae of Dengue Hemorraghic Fever (Aedes aegypti Linn.) on the 24 hours the larvicide effect are > 37.5%. While the 48 hours are < 7.5%. The effect of the crude extract concentration of phytic acid from tempe wastewater against the mortality of the instar larvae of Dengue Hemorraghic Fever (Aedes aegypti Linn.), the LC50 on the 24 hours of the 3rd instar larvae is 59.25%. Furthermore the 4th instar larvae is 49.62%. While the 48 hours of the 3rd instar larvae is 0.18% and the 4th instar larvae is 0.20%.
