Abstract: Perceptions of organizational politics is an assessment of the situation that occurred in the organization. Any organizations including religious organizations especially Sekolah Tinggi Theology Sangkakala Salatiga (Theological Seminary Sangkakala) will not be separated from political life in an organization. However, during this study, organizational politics perception is neglected. The study then examines the perceptions of organizational politics faculty and staff employees at Theological Seminary Sangkakala Salatiga. The method used was a qualitative case study that aims to explore perceptions of organizational politics in Theological Seminary Sangkakala Salatiga. The results are: first, perceptions of organizational politics in Theological Seminary Sangkakala Salatiga at the level of the concept is defined as an idea, and how to order, while in reality the perception of political organization judged by the actions that are understood by members of the organization structure of the office which can be resulted in positives or negatives ways. Second, spirit of organization also serves as the guidelines to judge, and act. Limitations of the study included in this paper.
