(2) Implementation of academic supervision classroom visits by principals to improve the performance of teachers at SDN Langensari 04 Ungaran Western District of Semarang District. (3) Evaluation of academic supervision classroom visits by principals to improve the performance of teachers at SDN Langensari 04 Ungaran Western District of Semarang District. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive method. The main subject of research is the principal and teachers. Data analysis was performed with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The results of this study are (1) Planning academic supervision visits conducted with pre-class observation, observation in the PBM implementation, analysis of the results of observation, process observation, do feedbacks observation, arrange follow-up program and implement follow-up program .; (2) Implementation of academic supervision visits by the principal class is based on the steps that initial meeting stage (analyzing the learning plan, set the aspect which will be observed in the study), the stage of observation (record objectively and selective RPP and events during learning), and gathering phase reversal (analyzing the results of observations with the teachers, to interpret the results of the analysis, specify the aspects that must be done to help improve the RPP and the behavior of teachers in learning); and 3) Evaluation of academic supervision classroom visits by the Principal to improve teacher performance is the preparation of syllabus and lesson plans that do not match the standard has been set, still conventional learning, and the learning that teachers do not use props. Then to follow up that will be the principal with the results obtained academic supervision is that the principal will provide guidance to teachers on a periodic basis and provide motivation to improve its performance.; Susilowati
