| Abstract: | Teacher evaluation is a very important evaluation method to determine whether a teacher is carrying out his/her responsibilities well or not. Information Technology Faculty of Satya Wacana Christian University Salatiga is one of faculties in Satya Wacana Christian University Salatiga which applies the teacher evaluation system. This research applies analytic hierarchy process method to evaluate teachers' work performance in Information Technology Faculty of Satya Wacana Christian University Salatiga. The result of this research is an application evaluating teachers' work performance which will become a parameter to determine whether or not a teacher is qualified |
