Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara entrepreneurial self-efficacy dengan intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa psikologi di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya hubungan yang positif signifikan antara entrepreneurial self-efficacy dengan intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa psikologi di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni 823 dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah insidental sampling. Variabel entrepreneurial self-efficacy diambil dengan menggunakan angket Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy (ESE), Sedangkan variabel intensi berwirausaha menggunakan angket Entrepreneurial Intention Quesionnaire (EIQ). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisa korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif signifikan antaraentrepreneurial self-efficacy dengan intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa psikologi di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. Hasil uji menunjukkan r = 0,463 dengan p < 0,05
This study aims to determine whether there is a significant positive correlation between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and intention entrepreneurship in psychology students at the Satya Wacana Christian University. The hypothesisofthis study isthat there is a significant positive correlation between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and intention entrepreneurship among psychology students of Satya Wacana Christian University. Total populationin this study is 823 with a sample of 100 people. The sample used isincidental sampling. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy variables were taken used a questionnaire Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy (ESE),While variable entrepreneurship intention to used a questionnaire entrepreneurship Entrepreneurial Intention Questionnaire (EIQ). Data were analyzed using the technique analysis of Correlation Product Moment. Results ofthis study showeda significant positive correlation between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and intention entrepreneurship in psychology students at the Satya WacanaChristian University. The test results showed r=0.463, p <0.05.
