Komunikasi Interpersonal Dalam Mempertahankan Kualitas Produk di PT. LOMBOK GANDARIA SURAKARTA (Antara Owner / Pemilik dan Karyawan dari PT.Lombok Gandaria)

Abstract

Communication is a special process and useful process in human relationship. Communication is complex process which involves behavior and possible for individual to makes relationship with the other. In this study, the writer would like to knowing and escribe the interpersonal communication between owners and employees in maintaining product quality. Because the company is undergoing a re-generation in the production section.The method used in this study is a qualitative deskripstif. Data were collected through interviews and observations to the three respondents including the owner and two employees. And Social Exchange Theory is also used to deepen the interaction in the PT. Lombok GandariaThe results showed that the process of interpersonal communication occurs in this company and is one of the factors that support in maintaining the quality of their products because there is good communication relationship between the owners and employees
