This study aims to determine the relationship between transformational leadership with self-efficacy on the leadership of student organizations in UKSW. This study uses self-efficacy theory of Bandura (1997) with three dimensions. And using the theory of transformational leadership compiled by Bass (1985) with four aspects. The samples in this study using techniques puropsive sampling with the number of participants as many as 90 people. Researchers took the data using the GSES scale compiled by Jerusalem and Schwarzer (1979) to measure self-efficacy as well as using a scale of belonging MLQ Bass & Avilio (1992) to measure transformational leadership. Data analysis using correlation test with SPSS 16 for windows. Based on the calculation of correlation obtained by the correlation coefficient (r) with p = 0.74 for 0486> 0.05, which means no relation between transformational leadership with self-efficacy on the leadership of student organizations in SWCU.
