Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosi dan psychological well being terhadap perilaku agresif anak jalanan di Kota Salatiga. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 orang anak jalanan di Kota Salatiga. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Alat analisis data untuk menjawab kebenaran hipotesis penelitian adalah regresi linier berganda pada tingkat kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda yang menghasilkan temuan bahwa nilai F sebesar 10,103 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (P<0,05) yang berarti dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara kecerdasan emosi dan psychological well being terhadap perilaku agresi. Selain itu, hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa nilai ( = 0,387 menunjukkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosi dan psychological well being memberikan pengaruh terhadap perilaku agresi sebesar 38,7%.
This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and psychological well being of the aggressive behavior of street children in Salatiga. Population and sample in this study were 35 street children in Salatiga. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis tools to answer research hypothesis truth is multiple linear regression on the error rate of 5%. The results of this study using multiple linear regression test which resulted in the finding that the F value of 10.103 with a significance of 0.000 (P <0.05), which means it can be said that there is significant influence simultaneously between emotional intelligence and psychological well being to aggressive behavior. In addition, the results of the analysis coefficient of determination is known that the value (= 0.387 showed that the variables of emotional intelligence and psychological well being giving effect to the aggressive behavior of 38.7%.
