Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik dan Efikasi Diri (Self Efficacy) terhadap Kreativitas Siswa di SMA Kristen 1 Salatiga

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh secara simultan Motivasi Intrinsik dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Kreativitas Siswa di SMA Kristen 1 Salatiga. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Kristen 1 Salatiga terhadap 126 siswa di kelas II. Kuisinoer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Motivasi Intrinsik, Skala Efikasi Diri, dan Skala Kreativitas Self-Reported Creativity Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya Efikasi Diri berpengaruh pada Kreativitas Siswa di SMA Kristen 1 Salatiga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Regresi hanya berkontribusi 14,0% terhadap Kreativitas Siswa.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Intrinsic Motivation and Self Efficacy toward Students’ Creativity of SMA Kristen 1 Salatiga. The study was done toward 126 participants of second grade students of SMA Kristen 1 Salatiga. Data were collected using Intrinsic Motivation Inventory Scale, Self Efficacy Scale, and Self-Reported Creativity Test Scale, respectively. The result of this study show that only Self Efficacy influences to Students’ Creativity of SMA Kristen 1 Salatiga. The study shows that the model Regression only contributed 14,0% in the Students’ Creativity.
