Abstract: Penelitian ini bertajuk “Hubungan Antara Motivasi Kerja, Stres Kerja, Dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Nusa Tenggara Timur-- Kupang Ditinjau Dari Jenis Kelamin”, bertujuan 1) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja; dan 2) Mengetahui perbedaan kepuasan kerja ditinjau dari perbedaan jenis kelamin. Subyek dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 67 karyawan PT Telkom Witel NTT – Kupang di Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Data penelitian dihimpun menggunakan Stott and Walker Questionnaire (SWQ), Teacher Attribution of Responsibility for Stress Questionnaire (TARSQ), dan Job Satisfaction Scale (JSS) dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik Analysis of Variance dan Independent-Sample T Test. Hasilnya adalah 1) motivasi kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Fhitung = 41.440 pada taraf signifikansi 0.000<0.05); dan 2) tidak terdapat perbedaan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan ditinjau dari jenis kelamin (Thitung= 0.393>Ttabel = 1.997; Pvalue = 0.696 > 0.05; dan rata-rata kepuasan karyawan laki-laki sebesar 106.11 dan karyawan perempuan sebesar 104.69).
This study titled is "The Relationship Between Work Motivation, Job Stress, and Job Satisfaction PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia WitelTimur-- Nusa Tenggara Kupang seen From Gender", aimed at 1) Determine the influence of motivation and work stress on job satisfaction simultaneously; and 2) Know the difference in terms of job satisfaction difference between gender. The subjects in this study included 67 employees of PT Telkom Witel NTT - Kupang in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. The research data were collected using Stott and Walker Questionnaire (SWQ), Teacher Attribution of Responsibility for Stress Questionnaire (TARSQ), and Job Satisfaction Scale (JSS) and analyzed using Analysis of Variance and Independent-Sample T Test. The result is 1) motivation and work stress influence simultaneously on job satisfaction (Fcalculated = 41 440 at a significance level of 0.000> 0.05); and 2) there are no significant differences in job satisfaction in terms of gender (Tcalculated = 0.393>Ttable= 1.997; Pvalue = 0.696> 0.05; and the average employee satisfaction male and female employees amounted to 106.11 at 104.69)
