Abstract: Penelitian bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh Servant Leadership dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan terhadap Looyalitas Guru Honorer ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 141 guru honorer di sekolah-sekolah pada Yayasan Persekolahan Kristen kota Ambon, yang terdiri dari 73 guru laki-laki dan 68 guru perempuan. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Loyalty Scale, Self Assesment of Servant Leadership dan Work Environment Scale. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi berganda dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1). Servant Leadership dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Loyalitas Guru Honorer Laki-laki. (2). Tidak ada pengaruh Servant Leadership dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Guru Honorer Perempuan. (3). Tidak ada perbedaan Loyalitas Guru Honorer ditinjau dari Jenis kelamin.
The Objective of the Study is to determine effect of Servant Leadership and Work Environment towards Loyalty honorary teachers as revealed by gender. Totally 141 respondents in this study are honorary teachers of Christianity Foundation School System in Ambon, which consisted of 73 male teachers and 68 female teachers. Measuring instruments were used are Loyalty Scale, Self Assesment of Servant Leadership and Work Environment Scale, respectively. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and the results are follows: (1) There is a simultaneously effect of Servant Leadership and Work Environment towards Loyalty honorary male teachers. (2). There is no simulstaneously effect of Servant Leadership and Work Environment towards honorary female teachers. (3). There is no significance differences between male and female loyalty honorary teachers
