Abstract: | Sumber daya manusia merupakan hal yang sangat penting, karena sumber daya manusia yang ada di dalam perusahaan merupakan kunci keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor untuk mendapatkan kinerja yang terbaik, karena SDM merupakan faktor penentuan dan pencapaian tujuan yang efektif dan efisien.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Coca Cola Bottling Indonesia( Bawen) yang dimana terdapat penurunan kinerja karyawan,yang ditunjukan dengan adanya tingkat absensi dan keterlambatan karyawan yang diatas standart serta penurunan hasil produksi.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dengan narasumber sebagai alat pengumpulan data.Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa budaya perusahaan dan kinerja belum disosialisasikan dan dilaksanakan dengan benar. Human resources plays a very important role because human factors determine the viability of the company, so the company always involve human beings in acheiving their goals. This research was taken at PT. Coca Cola Distribution Indonesia in Bawen, Central Java. Where the employees' performance was decending, which shows on high tardiness and absenteeism rate.The aim of this research are : To determine what is the PT Coca Cola organitation cultures and its effect on employees performance. Qualitative research method were used in this research. The research showed that organization cultures and values have not yet been internalized and implemented. Employees' performance was decending, so did the productivity. Tardiness and absenteeism rate were found far above standard and so does the production rate as well as the productivity. |
