Abstract: | Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian school action research. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru SD di Gugus Diponegoro untuk menyusun proposal PTK melalui workshop. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu perencanaan, proses dan hasil. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi patisipatif dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data adalah dengan wawancara dan pengorganisasian data, menjabarkan kedalam kelompok-kelompok, melakukan sintesa, menyusun pola-pola, memakai yang diperlukan dan membuat simpulan. Validasi data menggunakan triangulasi data yang terdiri atas triangulasi teknik, triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi waktu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah melalui tindakan workshop adalah dari 17% guru belum dapat menyusun proposal PTK meningkat menjadi 100%. Indikator keberhasilan workshop penyusunan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas adalah diukur dari nilai proposal PTK yang dibuat dengan rata-rata masuk kategori baik. Dengan skor minimal 70. Pada pras siklus sebanyak 83% guru masih dalam kategori kurang. Sedangkan pada siklus II sebanyak 50% dalam kategori kurang. Setelah dilakukan tindakan siklus II sebanyak 66,6% masuk kategori cukup. Dapat disimpulkan workshop meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun proposal PTK, hasil tersebut menggambarkan bahwa workshop dapat dijadikan acuan dalam menjawab kesulitan yang di alami oleh guru SD di Gugus Diponegoro Kecamatan Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang. This study is the kind of school action research study. The purpose of this research is to improve the ability of primary school teachers Diponegoro Force to develop proposals PTK through workshops. This research was done in three stages, namely planning, process and results. Data collection techniques with participatory observation and interview techniques. Data analysis technique is to interview and organizing data, outlines into groups, synthesize, organize patterns, wear the necessary and make inferences. Validation data using triangulation of data consisting of triangulation techniques, triangulation triangulation source and time. This research was conducted in two cycles of the first cycle and the second cycle. Results obtained is through the action of the workshop is 17% of teachers have not been able to develop proposals PTK increased to 100%. Indicators of success workshop classroom action research proposal development is measured by the value of PTK proposal made by the average entry categories. With a score of at least 70. In pras cycle as much as 83% of teachers are still in the poor category. While on the second cycle as much as 50% in the poor category. After the second cycle of as much as 66.6% in the category enough. It can be concluded workshop enhance the ability of teachers in preparing a proposal PTK, these results illustrate that the workshop can be used as reference in response to difficulties experienced by elementary school teachers in the cluster Diponegoro Ungaran Western District of Semarang District. |
