Keterlaksanaan Standar Pengelolaan Pendidikan di SMA Terakreditasi Kabupaten Semarang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui signifikansi perbedaan keterlaksanaan Standar Pengelolaan Pendidikan di SMA Terakreditasi Kabupaten Semarang (2) mengetahui komponen mana dalam Standar Pengelolaan Pendidikan di SMA Terakreditasi A dan B Kabupaten Semarang yang keterlaksanaannya masih berada pada kategori Sangat Rendah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini sekolah adalah sebagai unit analisis. Sample dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 SMA Terakreditasi A dan 3 SMA Terakreditasi B. Data atau informasi diperoleh dari Kepala sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah dan Guru yang selanjutnya disebut sebagai Responden. Secara umum kriteria Responden adalah guru yang paham dan berperan aktif dalam akreditasi sekolah. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang dari 6 SMA Terakreditasi A dan 15 orang dari 3 SMA Terakreditasi B. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket Pemantauan dan Evaluasi Standar Pengelolaan Pendidikan yang dikembangkan oleh BSNP 2012. Hasil penelitian analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa: rerata pada SMA Terakreditasi A lebih tinggi dari SMA Terakreditasi B. Sedangkan dari uji komparatif diperoleh hasil: tidak ada perbedaan signifikan dalam keterlaksanaan standar pengelolaan pendidikan antara SMA Terakreditasi A dan SMA Terakreditasi B di Kabupaten Semarang. Hasil dari Statistik kategorisasi diperoleh hasil bahwa: tidak ada Komponen yang keterlaksanaannya berada pada kategori Sangat Rendah, baik di SMA Terakreditasi A maupun SMA Terakreditasi B. Namun demikian ada komponen yang keterlaksanaannya masih berada pada katagori Rendah yaitu Komponen Sistem Informasi Manajemen.

The objective of this study is to (1) determine the significance of differences Workability of Educational Management Standard at High School with Accredited in District of Semarang (2) determine which components in the Educational Management Standard at High Schools with Accredited A and B in district of Semarang are still in the category of Very Low. This research is a comparative descriptive with quantitative approach. In this study, the schools as the unit of analysis. The samples in this study consisted of 6 High Schools with Accredited A and 3 of High Schools Accredited B. The data and informations obtained from the Principal, Vice Principals and Teachers referred to as respondents. The criteria of respondents ware teachers who ware understood and active in acreditation school. The number of respondents in this study was 30 people from 6 High Schools with Accredited A and 15 people from 3 High Schools with Accredited B. This Study used questionnaire Monitoring and Evaluation Standards developed by the Education Management BSNP 2012. The results of descriptive analysis showed that: the average of High Schools with Accredited A was higher than High Schools with Accredited B. The result of the comparative test was no significant differences in Workability of Educational Management Standards between High Schools with Accredited A and High Schools with Accredited B in district of Semarang. The results of Statistics categorization was no component found which its workability in the category was Very Low both in High Schoolwith Accredited A or High School with Accredited A. Although, there was a component which its workablilty was still in Low Category, namely Component System Management Information.
