Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk Peningkatkan profesionalitas guru melalui supervisi akademik kunjungan kelas di SDN 3 Sumberejo kecamatan Kaliwungu Kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sesuai dengan langkah-langkah metode Supervisi kunjungan kelas dilaksanakan melalui dua siklus, siklus 1 dan siklus 2. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas 1 sampai dengan kelas enam pada mata pelajaran IPA. Data dikumpulkan dengan Wawancara,observasi, Dokumentasi . Analisis data dengan cara Kuantitatif untuk hasil observasi dan naratif kualitatif untuk hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini pada pemeriksaan dokumen RPP sesuai dengan permendiknas No 41 tahun 2007, siklus 1 diperoleh rata- rata 71 dan siklus 2 diperoleh nilai rata-rata 88 sedangkan pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran sesuai dengan standar keberhasilan, siklus1 diperoleh rata-rata 70 dan pada siklus 2 diperoleh rata-rata 87. ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan profesionalitas guru setelah tindakan supervisi kunjungan kelas oleh kepala sekolah. Hal ini terbukti bahwa melalui supervisi akdemik kunjungan kelas yang berkelanjutan terjadi peningkatan profesionalitas Guru dalam Pembelajaran di SDN 3 Sumberejo disertai peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat memberi sumbangan pemikiran tentang pentingnya peran supervisi akademik kunjungan kelas dalam peningkatan profesionalitas guru yang berdampak pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan. The research objective was to increase professionalism of teachers through classroom visits in academic supervision SDN 3 Sumberejo district Kaliwungu Kendal. This study is action research in accordance with the steps academic supervision of classroom visitation method carried out through two cycles, cycle 1 and cycle 2. The subject of this study was teachers of grade one to grade six in science subjects. Data were collected by interview, observation, documentation. Data of observation was analyzed by qualitative method and quantitative narrative analysis for interview. The result of this study in accordance with the lesson plan document checking acoordance to Regulation Minister of National Education Number 41, 2007. The result of cycle 1 earned and average of 77 and cycle 2 was 88 while on the implementation of learning according to the standards of success. Cycle 1 obtained an average of 70 and in the cycle 2 obtained of 87. The result showed an improvement of the profesionalism of the teachers after academic supervision of classroom visitation by head master. It was avident that through the academic supervision of classroom visitation simultaneously the professionalism of teachers was increase in learning process at SDN 3 Sumberejo accompanied by enhancement of student learning outcomes. This research could contribute thoughts on the importance of the role of academic supervision in the classroom visitation increased of the professionalism of teachers that had an impact on improving the quality of education. |
