Abstract: | Warga sekolah perlu mendapatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap terkait Pengurangan Risiko Bencana (PRB) dalam rangka menerapkan program sekolah aman (safe school). Program sekolah aman di SD Negeri 2 Padas telah dilaksanakan melalui bantuan Komisi Yogya Peduli Aceh (KYPA). Ketergantungan kepada KYPA selama ini membuat SDN 2 Padas merasa perlunya sebuah modul manajemen sekolah berbasis safe school. Modul ini dibutuhkan untuk menyelenggarakan program sendiri tanpa bergantung pada suatu lembaga tertentu. Atas dasar kebutuhan ini, penelitian dan pengembangan Modul manajemen sekolah berbasis safe school dilakukan.
Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan modul manajemen safe school. Modul penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Modul Borg dan Gall yang disederhanakan atau di modifikasi menjadi delapan langkah yaitu (1) penelitian awal dan pengumpulan informasi, (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan produk awal, (4) validasi ahli, (5) revisi produk, (6) validasi lapangan, (7) revisi, dan (8) produk final.
Proses pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Produk final manjemen sekolah aman ini disusun setelah melalui proses valiadasi tim ahli manajemen dan uji validasi di lapangan. School’s community needs to acquire knowledge, skills and attitudes related to Pengurangan Resiko Bencana (PRB) or Disaster Risk Reduction in order to implement school safety program (safe school). School safety program in SD Negeri 2 Padas has been implemented through the assistance of the Commission Yogya Peduli Aceh (KYPA). Dependence on KYPA has been making SDN 2 Padas feels the need for a school-based management modul of safe school. This modul is required to conduct its own program without depending on a particular institution. On the basis of these needs, research and development of school-based management module safe school do. Research and development is to produce safe management modules school. Modules research and development used is the module Borg and Gall simplified or modified to eight steps, namely (1) the initial research and information collection, (2) planning, (3) early product development, (4) validation expert, (5) product revision, (6) field validation, (7) the revision, and (8) the final product. The process of collecting data in this study conducted using interviews, observation, study documents, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Management final product safe school is developed through the process validation management expert team and a validation test on the field. |
