Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah melalui pendampingan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran guru di SD Negeri Purworejo 3 semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penetitian Tindakan Sekolah.
Analisis data kualitatif: reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian pada siklus 1, guru belum maksimal menyusun RPP. Tujuan pembelajaran tidak tercapai secara maksimal, kepala sekolah perlu mengadakan supervisi akademik melalui pendampingan secara rutin dan memberikan balikan. Dalam supervisi akademik pendampingan siklus 2, guru sudah ada peningkatan dalam menyusun RPP. Dengan hasil nilai rata-rata prasiklus 59,58, siklus 1 72,50, siklus 2 80,00 dan ketuntasan (25,0%, 37,5%, 87,5%). Tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai secara maksimal, penyusunan RPP sesuai dengan standar isi. Berarti ada peningkatan kinerja guru dalam menyusun RPP.
Dengan demikian tujuan penelitian dapat tercapai.
Guru sebaikya menyusun RPP, dan kepala sekolah selalu melakukan supervisi terhadap gurunya. This study aims to investigate the implementation of the academic supervision principals through assistance to improve the competence of teachers write lesson plans in SD Negeri 2 Purworejo 3 semesters of the school year 2015/2016. This study uses measures penetitian School. Qualitative data analysis: data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the study in cycle 1, the teacher is not maximized prepare lesson plans. The learning objectives are not achieved its full potential, principals need to conduct academic supervision through regular mentoring and provide feedback. In academic supervision mentoring cycle 2, teachers had no increase in compiling RPP. With the results of the average value prasiklus 59.58, 72.50 cycle 1, cycle 2 80.00 completeness (25.0%, 37.5%, 87.5%). The learning objectives can be achieved to the maximum, the preparation of lesson plans in accordance with the content standards. Means there is an increased performance of teachers in preparing lesson plans. Thus the research objectives can be achieved. Teachers should then prepare lesson plans, and the principal always supervise the teacher. |
