dc.description.abstract | Guru merupakan elemen terpenting dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Maka setiap guru diharapkan memiliki 4 kompetensi yang menjadi dasar kesiapan mengajar, sesuai dengan UU No. 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen, yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan mahasiswa program penelusuran pengembangan potensi putra/putri (P5) kabupaten jayapura progdi PTIK sebagai calon pendidik profesional. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa P5 angkatan 2011 PTIK, sebanyak 25 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 32% mahasiswa berada pada kategori siap, 24% berkategori cukup siap, 16% berkategori kurang siap dan 28% berkategori tidak siap. | id |
dc.description.abstract | Teachers are the most important element in achieving educational goals. So every teacher is expected to have four basic readiness competencies into teaching, in accordance with Law No. 14 Year of 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers, the pedagogical competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence. The research to analyze the student's readiness program of development potential search district of jayapura Education courses on Information and Computer Engineering as a expectant for professional educators. Subjects in this research were students of class of 2011 Education Information and Computer Engineering, as many as 25 students. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The results showed that 32% of students are in the category of ready, 24% categorized quite ready, 16% categorized under-prepared and unprepared 28% category. | en_US |
