Abstract

Online announcement is the most required provision for college students to know any information about class activities. The problem for online announcement is not all students always see the online announcement from local website. Therefore, to helping user for getting the information about online announcement, researcher makes onlince announcing system using Firebasee Cloud Message technology, and Android smartphone. Firebase Cloud Messaging is a mobile service that enables third-party application developers to send notification data or information from developer-run servers to applications that target the Android Operating System, as well as applications or extensions developed for the Firebase Chrome internet browser.
