Abstract: | Sebagian besar masyarakat di Salatiga khususnya di daerah Getasan, Kopeng banyak yang berprofesi sebagi peternak susu sapi. Hasil susu sapi tersebut banyak yang dijual ke Koperasi yang berada di daerah Getasan, salah satunya adalah Koperasi Andini Luhur. Koperasi Andini Luhur memiliki syarat susu dengan kualitas yang baik, yaitu susu yang mengandung nilai kadar air antara 80% - 90% dan memiliki kandungan kadar pH antara 6,5 – 7,1. Dengan adanya syarat tersebut maka dibuatlah perancangan sistem penguji kualitas susu sapi murni berdasarkan nilai pH dan kadar air untuk membantu Koperasi Andini Luhur dalam melakukan pengujian kualitas susu.
Pada perancangan sistem ini hanya terdapat 2 tombol yang dapat mempermudah user untuk mengoperasikannya. Ketika user memilih tombol A, maka sistem akan melakukan pengukuran kadar pH, pertama-tama beaker glass akan naik secara otomatis sehingga akan tercelup oleh sensor pH dan didapatkan nilai pH yang akan tertampil pada layar LCD. Sedangkan ketika user menekan tombol B maka sistem akan melakukan pengukuran kadar air. Untuk mendapatkan nilai kadar air pertama-tama sensor berat akan menimbang berat susu, kemudian masuk dalam proses pemadatan secara otomatis dan setelah itu sensor berat akan menimbang lagi berat susu yang sudah dipadatkan sehingga didapatkan nilai kadar air yang akan tertampil pada layar LCD
Alat yang direalisasikan mempunyai jangkauan pengukuran nilai kadar pH antara 0 – 14 dan pengukuran nilai kadar air antara 0% – 100%. Hasil dari pengujian alat dari 2 sampel susu sapi sebanyak 10 kali mendapatkan nilai pH rata rata yaitu pH 6.71 dan pH 6.95 dengan ralat 0,06. Sedangkan hasil pengujian kadar air dilakukan untuk 2 sampel sama sebanyak 5 kali masing-masing dan mendapatkan nilai kadar air rata rata yaitu 84,80 % dan 84,12% dengan ralat 0,6%. Most people in Salatiga, especially in the area Getasan, Kopeng many who work as a breeder cow's milk. The cow milk yields lots are sold to cooperatives in the area Getasan, one of which is a Andini Luhur Cooperative. Andini Luhur Cooperatives have a requirements milk of good quality, that is milk containing water content between 80% - 90% and contains a pH level between 6.5 - 7.1. Given these requirements, then made the system design of milk quality testing by the pH value and moisture content to help the Andini Luhur Cooperative in testing the quality of milk. In designing this system there are only two keys to facilitate the user to operate it. When a user selects a button, the system will perform measurements of pH, first beaker glass will go up automatically so it will be submerged by the pH sensor and pH values obtained will be displayed on the LCD screen. Meanwhile, when the user presses a button and the system will take measurements of water content. To get the water content first weight sensor will weigh the milk, then entered the solidification process automatically and after the weight sensor will weigh again by weight of milk that has been solidified to obtain water content that will be displayed on the LCD screen Tools that have realized the value measuring range pH levels between 0-14 and measurement of water content between 0% - 100%. The results of the testing tools from two samples of cow's milk as many as 10 times to get an average pH value is pH 6.71 and pH 6.95 with 0.06 corrected. While the test results of water content, do the same for the two samples as many as five times each and get the value of the average moisture content is 84.80% and 84.12% with 0.6% corrected. |
