Perancangan dan Implementasi Aplikasi Pendaftaran dan Sosialisasi UMKM Berbasis Android: studi kasus Disperindagkop Salatiga

Abstract

Menurut data Disperindakop tahun 2013, Salatiga terdapat 1008 unit yang terdaftar. Akan tetapi tidak diketahui apakah semua UMKM tersebut aktif beroperasi atau tidak aktif beroperasi. Terdapat 3 kendala dalam pengelolaan UMKM di Disperindagkop Salatiga yaitu, masih manualnya pendaftaran UMKM, sosialisasi program atau kegiatan untuk UMKM juga tidak diterima dengan baik oleh seluruh pelaku UMKM, dan belum adanya media untuk mempromosikan produk-produk UMKM Salatiga.Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan dan implementasi aplikasi berbasis android untuk pendaftaran dan sosialisasi UMKM di Salatiga. Dari sisi Disperindagkop, aplikasi ini bermanfaat untuk membantu pengelolaan data UMKM dan kegiatan sosialisasi ke pelaku UMKM dengan bantuan teknologi GCM (Google Cloud Messaging). Dari sisi pelaku UMKM aplikasi ini membantu proses pendaftaran yang dapat dilakukan 24 jam dan promosi produk mereka. Dari sisi masyarakat, aplikasi ini membantu mencari produk dan lokasi UMKM dengan bantuan teknologi LBS (Location Based Service).

From the sociaty side, this app helps locate products and location technology SMEs with the help of LBS (Location Based Service).
