Implementasi VPN pada PT.Forindo

Abstract

Pembuatan Virtual Private Network (VPN) ini bertujuan untuk membantu memudahkan proses kerja yang dilakukan oleh karyawan PT. FORMULATRIX INDONESIA(FORINDO). VPN akan digunakan oleh karyawan untuk meng-akses data pekerjaan pada data storage yang berada dalam komputer server PT. FORINDO. Dengan adanya VPN, karyawan dimudahkan untuk memiliki akses ke komputer kantor PT.FORINDO, tanpa harus berada di kantor untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan(termasuk lembur). Menggunakan VPN karyawan bisa mengerjakan pekerjaan yang belum selesai maupun lembur lewat akses VPN. VPN adalah suatu metode untuk menciptakan koneksi jarak jauh dengan membuat suatu server dan client, server dan client dapat terkoneksi sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya proses transfer data dan menyimpan data maupun akses komputer ke komputer lainnya.

The true purpose of making VPN in PT. FORMULATRIX INDONESIA(FORINDO), is for helping the employees in their line of work. VPN are gonna be used by the employees for accessing their data work on data storage that was placed in computer server in PT. FORINDO. With VPN, the employees gonna have access to computer server without being on their workplace to finishing their work(including overtime). Using VPN the employees can do their unfinished work or overtime by accessing VPN. VPN is a method for creating an opening an wide-long range connection by creating server and client, each other can be connected together and making the process of transferring and saving data is possible and its used for accessing computer to another computer.
