dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research was mapping training models of students Soft Skill, Professional Skill, Humanistic Skill in preparing their mental, competency in their knowledge and creativity, so that they can fulfill to what the prospective employer or an entrepreneur wants. This study involves stakeholders and DP2M-DIKTI, National Education Ministry to support this program. Students got works ethics, motivation, work experience, and life skills through pre-testing, classroom training, orientations held by departmental supervisor, as the one who handles the group projects, written assignments, daily reviews, and post-testing. Statistic data verifies some recommendations that Training is one of the most pervasive methods in enhancing individual productivity and improving job performance in the working environment including reaction, learning and behavior change after the training process (p<0.01) especially for Job placement and entrepreneurship based on the Kirkpatrick model evaluation. The result of this study shows that on and off job training is strongly affects the improvement of the students' performance in the workplaceen_US
