Abstract: E-commerce memberi banyak manfaat bagi perusahaan kecil, UMKM dan usaha mikro dalam bidang pemasaran serta penjualan. Yes Snack adalah sebuah usaha mikro yang bergerak di bidang jasa kuliner yang memproduksi makanan kecil dan melayani catering. Kunci keberhasilan usaha mikro adalah tersedianya pasar, pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggan dan dapat mengantisipasi kebutuhan pelanggan. Dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan tersebut penulis mengimplementasikan B2C berupa eCommerce dan menganalisa pertumbuhan permintaan dan membandingkannya dengan permintaan pada bulan-bulan sebelumnya. Penelitian pada Yes Snack berfokus pada implementasi E-commerce meliputi fungsi katalog produk, pemesanan, dan pengiriman serta analisa pertumbuhan permintaan. Implementasi dinilai berhasil karena pengujian blackbox penjualan berbasis web meningkat sebesar 25% dan didukung oleh peningkatan pengunjung sebesar 290 pada Agustus 2014 dan pengujian blackbox dengan hasil diterima.
E-commerce provides many benefits for small companies, SMEs and micro business in the field of marketing and sales. Yes Snack is a micro-business engaged in the manufacture of culinary services and serve snacks catering. The keys to success for micro-business is the availability of market, good service to customers and to anticipate customer needs. Taking these keys into account the authors implement a B2C eCommerce and analyze the growth of demand and compare it with the demand in previous months. The study on Yes Snack focuses on the implementation of E-commerce product catalog includes functions, ordering, and delivery as well as the analysis of demand growth. Implementation considered successful as the web-based sales increased by 25% and supported by an increase in visitors of 209 in August 2014 and blackbox testing with acceptable results.
