Abstract: Intermediary actor are the entity that connecting between country level and the society. In the development of contemporary politic, many steps had been done by intermediary actor in their roles and functions as state society relation. This research gives us an representation of the strategy that has been done by Local Farmer Organization-Lidah Tani in Randublatung, Blora as the Intermediari actor/institution through the new social movement approach. Besides, it shows the resistance Randublatung farmer to land outority a repressive action, mistreatment and shooting that have been done by Perum Perhutani that caused some of local farmers were dead. The result of this research is in order to give a representation of the role of Lidah Tani in the process of mentoring and advocating when they did their fuctiona as the Intermediary actor. The last, this research has a conlusioan that New Social movement is not only found in U.S and Europe but also in Indonesia.
