Abstract: | Pelaksanaan pembenaman jaringan tanaman hijau yang belum terdekomposisi ke dalam tanah disebut pemupukan hijau. Hampir semua jenis tanaman dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pupuk hijau. Salah satunya adalah dengan pemanfaatan daun gamal (Gliricidia sepium) sebagai pupuk hijau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk hijau daun gamal terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman buncis (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) serta menetapkan dosis pupuk hijau daun gamal yang mampu memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman buncis. Penelitian dilakukan pada lahan terbuka dengan pemberian lima perlakuan dengan dosis pupuk hijau daun gamal yang berbeda (0 ton ha-1, 3 ton ha-1, 6 ton ha-1, 9 ton ha-1 dan 12 ton ha-1) dan dilakukan berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan lima ulangan. Analisis data hasil pengamatan menggunakan metode sidik ragam dan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) 5 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis pupuk hijau daun gamal secara nyata tidak dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, berat brangkasan basah tanaman, berat brangkasan kering tanaman, panjang polong per tanaman, berat individu polong segar, jumlah polong segar per tanaman, berat polong segar per tanaman, berat polong segar per petak dan berat polong per hektar. Dari lima perlakuan yang ada tidak dapat ditentukan dosis yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman. The immersing procces of plants that has not decomposed into the soil called green manure. Almost every kind of plants can be used as in the procces. One of the plants that can be used to make green manure is gamal (Gliricidia sepium) leaves. This research aim to understand the effect of gamal leaves green manure’s doses to the growth of stringbeans plant (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) and decide the best dose of gamal leaves green manure that has the best result to the growth of stringbeans plant. This research has been carried out at open-air land with five treatments that used five different doses (0 ton ha-1, 3 ton ha-1, 6 ton ha-1, 9 ton ha-1, 12 ton ha-1) and has been done based on “Randomized Complete Block Design” with five repetitions. Analysis and observation use variance analysis with “BNJ” test of 5 %. The result of this research indicates that the doses of gamal leaves significantly can not increase height, weight of fresh plant, weight of dried plant, long pod of plant, individual weight of fresh pod, number pod of plant fresh, fresh pod weight of plant, fresh pod weight of plot netto and fresh pod weight of hectare. The best dose can not be decided because from the treatments that has been given there are no treatment that that gave significant effect to growth and plant product. |
