Pola Komunikasi Kelompok dalam Komunitas Belajar Qaryah Thayyibah Salatiga

Abstract

Pendidikan pembebasan dan pengemukaan masalah yang berdasarkan realitas, meletakkan guru dan murid sebagai subjek dan mengutamakan kebebasan dalam mempelajari segala hal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup mereka. Komunitas Belajar Qaryah Thayyibah Salatiga menjalankan pendidikan berlandaskan Paulo Freire, yang menekankan pada pendidikan yang berbasis pada kelompok kerja sehingga menjadi komunitas belajar yang produktif. Penelitian ini hendak mengetahui seperti apa pola komunikasi kelompok yang terjalin serta faktor-faktor apa yang dominan menentukan produktivitas dari komunitas belajar yang aktif dan produktif. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Penulis kemudian menggunakan teori sistem sebagai alat analisis, yang mengkaji variabel input, proses, dan output dalam proses komunikasi kelompok. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa pola jejaring komunikasi yang terjalin di Komunitas Belajar Qaryah Tayyibah mengutamakan peran seorang pemimpin yang demokratis dalam mengatur dan mengarahkan arus komunikasi kelompok. Serta faktor-faktor yang dominan menentukan produktivitas dalam Komunitas Belajar Qaryah Tayyibah nampak pada faktor input dan faktor proses dalam proses komunikasi kelompok. Semua faktor yang dibawa masuk ke dalam suatu kelompok pada faktor input, baik dari masing-masing anggota, sumberdaya yang ada, dan faktor lingkungan sekitar mendukung proses komunikasi yang terjalin dalam kelompok. Semua aktivitas di dalam kelompok yang dijalankan dengan semua hal yang menggerakkannya dari faktor input yang ada lewat interaksi kelompok, mempengaruhi output yang dihasilkan kelompok.

Qaryah Thayyibah Salatiga Learning Community run the education based on Paulo Freire, which emphasizes education that based on the working group to become a productive learning community. This research is aimed to find out what kind of group communication patterns are established and what dominant factors that determine the productivity of the active and productive learning community. The author uses a qualitative approach with case study method. The author then uses systems theory as an analytical tool, which examines the input variables, process, and the output in the process of group communication. From this research, it is found that the pattern of communication networks which establishes at the Qaryah Tayyibah Learning Community prioritizes the role of a democratic leader in organizing and directing the flow of group communication. As well as the dominant factors which determine the productivity in KB QT appears on the input factors and process factors in the group communication process. All factors which are brought into a group on factor inputs, either from individual members, available resources, and the environmental factors surrounding support the communication that exists within the group. All activities in the group, which executed with all the things that move it from the existing input factors through group interaction, affect the output of group's result.
