Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji iklim organisasi dan komitemen organisasi secara simultan sebagai prediktor kinerja guru SDN di UPTD pendidikan daerah Kecamatan Lembo Kabupaten Morowali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SDN yang ada di UPTD Kecamatan Lembo yang berstatus sebagai PNS sebanyak 89 guru. Sampel penelitian adalah sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner /skala sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama. Skala iklim organisasi dikembangkan dari Hoy dan Miskel (2001), dan skala komitmen organisasi dikembangkan dari Steers dkk. (1979). Kinerja guru dinilai dengan menggunakan the teacher performance assessment instrument (APKG) yang dikembangkan oleh Depdiknas. Validitas instrumen diukur dengan menggunakan tehnik korelasi product moment pearson dan reliabilitas instrumen diukur dengan menggunakan tehnik cronbach alpha. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian memenuhi syarat valid dan reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis regresi berganda ditemukan koefisien determinasi (R2) = 0,904 dan nilai F = 405,857 (p=0,000; p<0,05). Artinya bahwa secara simultan iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SDN di UPTD pendidikan daerah Kecamatan Lembo Kabupaten Morowali. 90,4 % variasi dari kinerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi, sementara sisanya (9,6%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik iklim organisasi dan semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi menyebabkan peningkatan kinerja guru. The aim of this research is to analyze organizational climate and organizational commitment as predictors of teachers performance of state elementary school in area UPTD regional education, Lembo subdistrict, Morowali regency. Populations consisted of 89 teachers PNS of state elementary school in area UPTD regional education, Lembo subdistrict. Sample of this research is saturated sample. This research using questionnairs/scales as the instruments in collecting the main data. Organizational climate scale was developed from Hoy dan Miskel (2001), Organizational commitment scale was developed from Steers et al. (1979). Teachers Performance was assessed using the teacher performance assessment instrument (APKG), developed by Depdiknas. The instruments validity has been measured using the pearson product moment correlation technique, and cronbach's alpha technique to measured instrument's reliability. The instruments used in this research is valid and reliable. Results of multiple reggresion analysis found determination coefficient (R2) = 0,904 and F value = 405, 857 (p=0,000; p<0,05). It means that, organizational climate and organizational commitment simoultaneously have positive and significant effect to teachers performance of state elementary school in area UPTD regional education Lembo subdistrict, Morowali regency. 90,4% variation of teachers performance can be explained by the variable organizational climate and organizational commitment, while the remaining (9,6%) is explained by other variables not examined. This research shows that the better organizational climate and the higher organizational commitment caused the improvement of teachers performance. |
