Abstract: | PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia memiliki beberapa produk asuransi salah satunya adalah asuransi kerugian. Asuransi kerugian belum banyak dikenal oleh masyarakat. Biasanya asuransi hanya digunakan oleh masyarakat kota. Desa Tanjung, Jawa Tengah adalah salah satu wilayah, dimana masyarakatnya tertarik untuk bergabung menjadi nasabah asuransi kerugian. Strategi komunikasi Public Relations sangat penting dan berguna dalam memperkenalkan dan memasarkan produk asuransi kerugian Allianz tersebut. Pada penelitian ini akan melihat strategi komunikasi yang digunakan Public Relations&Communications dalam upaya peningkatan penjualan polis asuransi kerugian di Desa Tanjung. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah strategi komunikasi Public Relations dalam meraih kepercayaan masyarakat dengan menggunakan komunikasi antar personal, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan penjualan asuransi kerugian khususnya di Mayarakat Tanjung Jawa Tengah. PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia has several insurance products. One of the products is damage insurance. Damage insurance hasn’t much known by society. Insurance is used to be used by people in a big city. Tanjung village, Central Java is one of regions which the society is interested in joining the damage insurance. A communication strategy of Public Relations is very important and useful in introducing and marketing the damage insurance product of Allianz.This study will try to find out whether the communication strategy used by Public Relations and communication division can increase the selling of the damage insurance policy in Tanjung Village or not. The result of this study is a shown that public relations communicate strategies is needed to obtain the credibility of society using interpersonal communications, so that it can influence the increase of loss insurance product, especialy in Tanjung Central Java. |
