Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Etos Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Kristen di Salatiga

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Kristen di Salatiga. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Kristen 1 dan 2 Salatiga dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 51 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yakni pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 22,6%. Dalam penelitian ini, etos kerja yang paling dominan dalam memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja sebesar 21,8% sedangkan kepuasan kerja menyumbang sebesar 0,8%.

The aim of this study is to determine the influence of job satisfaction and work ethic on the Christian Highschool in Salatiga teacher performance. The study was carried out int the Christian High School 1 and 2 in Salatiga and the number of sample were 51 teacher from those schools. Quantitative method is used in this study consisted of data collection using questionnaire. The results of the study show that there is an influence on the job satisfaction and work ethic of the teacher’s performance of 22,6 %. In this study, the work ethic is the most dominant factor (21,8%) to give contribution to the teacher performance in contrary the job satisfaction is just only 0,8%.
