Abstract: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan komunitas konsumen yang menjadi fenomena dunia pemasaran saat ini dalam penciptaan nilai bersama dengan perusahaan dan peranannya dalam menciptakan kesadaran merek serta kesetiaan merek.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada komunitas konsumen independen bike to work dengan memakai pendekatan secara kualitatif dan menggunakan desain grounded theory. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara personal, observasi dan didukung oleh dokumentasi. Hasil analisis disajikan secara diskriptif.
Kontribusi teoritis dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah teori mini, dengan konsep penciptaan nilai bersama sebagai variabel dependen dan sejumlah proposisi-proposisi baru, yang dapat diuji secara kuantitatif pada penelitian mendatang. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the consumer community that is becoming a phenomenon in the world of marketing in co-creation value along with the company and its role in creating brand awareness and brand loyalty. This research was conducted at the independent consumer community by using a qualitative approach and using grounded theory design. Data were collected through personal interviews, observation, and supported by documentation. The analytical result results are presented descriptively. Theoritical contribution of this study is a mini theory, the concept of co-creation value as the dependent variabel with a set of new propositions, which can be a quatitatively tested in the future research. |
