Abstract: Flexible Learning merupakan suatu aplikasi untuk membantu kegiatan akademik suatu lembaga pendidikan. Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga merupakan salah satu universitas yang memanfaatkan aplikasi tersebut. Namun sampai saat ini banyak civitas akademika yang belum bisa memanfaatkan aplikasi tersebut dengan maksimal. Evaluasi manajemen layanan teknologi informasi diperlukan untuk menilai manajemen operasional Flexible Learning tersebut. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan framework Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 3 domain Service Operations. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, kuisoner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja layanan Aplikasi Flearn di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana menurut framework ITIL domain Service Operations adalah sudah baik namun dengan beberapa temuan masalah yang dapat menganggu keberlangsungan aplikasi.
Flexible Learning is an application to assist the academic activities of an educational institution. Satya Wacana Christian University Salatiga is one university that utilizes the application. However, until now many academics who can not take advantage of the application to the maximum. Evaluation of information technology service management is required to assess the operational management of the Flexible Learning. Evaluation is done using the framework Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 3 Domain Service Operation. Data was collected through observation, questionnaire and interview. The results showed that the performance of services in Application Flearn Satya Wacana Christian University according to ITIL framework Service Operations domain is already good but with some finding problems that can disrupt the continuity of the application.
