Abstract: | Sistem Informasi Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (SIDJP) merupakan sebuah sistem yang digunakan dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasional dilingkup KPP Pratama Boyolali. Salah satu aplikasi didalamnya adalah sistem perekaman surat pemberitahuan (SPT) pajak. Kesalahan perekaman data wajib pajak, kehilangan data wajib pajak, kesalahan perhitungan antara sistem dan perhitungan manual, penumpukan kertas SPT yang belum direkam oleh operator perekaman merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi yang diakibatkan oleh kelalaian operator perekaman maupun kesalahan pelaporan data dari wajib pajak itu sendiri. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa kinerja aplikasi perekaman surat pemberitahuan (SPT) pajak menggunakan framework COBIT 4.1 guna mengatasi segala resiko kesalahan yang berkaitan dengan aplikasi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Domain Plan and Organize, Acquire and Implement, Deliver and Support berada pada level defined, sedangkan Domain monitor and evaluate, berada pada level repeatable. Sistem Informasi Diretorat Jenderal Pajak (SIDJP) is a system used in operating activities in KPP Pratama Boyolali. One of application in which the system is recording a tax return. Tax payer data recording errors, loss of taxpayer data, calculation errors between the system and the manual counting, stacking paper tax return that has not been recorded by the operator recording is a common problem caused by operator negligence or fault recording data reporting from the taxpayer's own. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the performance of tax return applications using COBIT 4.1 framework to address any risk of error associated with this application.. The results showed that the Domain Plan and Organize, Acquire and Implement, Deliver and Support at the level defined, while the monitor and Evaluate Domain, at the level of repeatable. |
