Abstract: | Tax Service Office Pratama is a governmental institution that runs to manage taxes as the main income of the country and also one of the institutions that works with IT. In order to ensure that the system goes well, it needed a mechanism that controls the Performance Evaluation of Information Technology (IT). IT Performance Evaluation in this study aimed to assess the effectiveness of IT services, in it’s contribution in the companies that use COBIT 4.1 framework, Deliver and Support domain. This study used qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews and observation. The study invented the results Maturity Level Tax Service Office Pratama on Defined Level when that companies have understood the importance of IT management in the enterprise business process, the procedure in the company has been standardized in SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), documented, and has been communicated through official training but the implementation depends on individuals whether they would follow the procedure on not. |
