Perancangan dan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Pembayaran pada Penyewaan Mobil: Studi Kasus Smart Rent Car, PT. Satya Mitra Sejahtera

Abstract

Perusahaan rental mobil Smart Rent Car, PT.Satya Mitra Sejahtera membutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat memudahkan proses penghitungan faktur tagihan rental dan laporan intensitas pelanggan. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah mengenai keakuratan data yang diperoleh. Aplikasi ini dibangun berbasis dekstop client server dan dirancang menggunakan metode prototyping kemudian dikembangkan menurut hasil dan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, untuk memberikan manfaat bagi pengguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi berbasis desktop client server yang dapat menangani proses pengaturan tarif rental, penghitungan tagihan rental dan laporan intensitas pelanggan. Selain itu sistem dapat memberikan informasi yang tepat kepada pengguna. Aplikasi Sistem Informasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C-Sharp dan database SQL Server 2008.

Smart Rent Car in PT. Satya Mitra Sejahtera needs an information system which can ease calculated of invoice rent car and intensity customer reporting process. The problem occurs to the rental vehicle return, there are many employee that calculated the fine and rental fee inaccurately. This application is build based on dekstop client server and designed by using the prototyping method, then developed according to the results and evaluations that have been conducted, to give benefit for the user. The purpose of this project is to build a dekstop client server based application to handle the processing price of rent car data, calculate invoice of rent car and intensity customer reporting process. Additionally, this system could give a correct information for the vehicle rental users. This information system aplication is developed using C-Sharp programming language and SQL Server 2008 database.
