Pengaruh Faktor Penyebab Technostress terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Dukungan Organisasi sebagai Moderating Variabel

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari fenomena technostress, yaitu stres yang dialami oleh para pengguna teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh faktor penyebab technostress terhadap kinerja pegawai dan menguji pengaruh dukungan organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi untuk mempengaruhi factor penyebab technostress dan kinerja. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah 63 pegawai KPP Pratama Salatiga yang menggunakan informasi dan teknologi. Analisis regresi berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh dan efek dari variabel moderasi dari seluruh variable. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa hanya techno-overload yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan dukungan organisasi secara signifikan hanya berpengaruh terhadap techno-invasion dan technocomplexity.

This research aims to study the phenomenon of technostress, that is, stress experienced by technology users. It considers how technostress creators influence employee performance and examine the influence of organizational support as the moderating effect to minimize the effect of technostress creator and performance. Respondents of this research were 63 employees of KPP Pratama Salatiga who use information and technology. Multiple regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) were utilized to test the influence and the moderating effect among variables. The findings revealed that only techno-overload which significantly influences performance. While organizational support was found to moderate the influence of technoinvasion and techno-complexity.
