dc.description.abstract | The Human Resource is an important aspect in organization; therefore it is more useable need a development. This approach suppresses the attention to midwife growth to get ability level, creativity, and higher achieving. This research aim to analyze and test the influences of: (1) individual characteristic to motivation work midwife, (2) organizational characteristic to motivation work midwife, (3) motivation to midwife performance. The sampling technique is judgment sampling and its data analyzed with path analysis using AMOS software program. The results and conclusion compiled as follows: (1) individual characteristic has positive influence and significant to motivation, (2) organizational characteristic variable has positive influence and significant to motivation, (3) motivation has positive influence and significant to performance. The research result is to increase the midwives performance to current condition then, (1) the head of hospital needs to give attention in motivating all midwives by giving reward from the work result of midwives because everyone wants the needs to received by the others, respected and feel to have, (2) need to increase the hardskill and softskill through developing training and education to all midwives no at cost, (3) the side of general hospital needs to care more the management of general hospital, the role of the leader in implementing the job and relationship between medical staff and paramedic and employee kept as well. | en_US |
