dc.description.abstractThe awareness of preserving environment has been campaigned along with the phenomenon of environmental damage. Human resource management in the enterprise area has an important role in saving the environment through the implementation of the concept of Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM). Implementation of Green HRM in human resource management practices have a positive impact for the company. This article examined the literature on Green HRM than used it as the basis for implementation of the Green HRM models in the practice oh human resource management in a comprehensive manner. The result model of this study includes three parts. First, the stimulus of motivator of Green HRM implementation of both external and internal to the organization (awareness and environmental ethics, rule of regulation, and organizational commitment). The second part is the implementation process which include several sections, such as the determinant of the vision an mission of the organization, the organizational policies related to environmental friendly behavior within the organization, the commitment in providing environmental friendly technologies, the availability of facilities / infrastructure, and various work programs related organizations with environmental friendly behavior. Green HRM implementation process in the recruitment process, employee process, performance evaluation, compensation systems, and function of other human resources. The implementation process will produce environmental friendly behavior for employees. The third part is the results or the impact of implementing Green HRM such as energy efficiency, other materials, and positive impact on the employee’s performance of, along with positive image of the company as an environmental friendly company.en_US
dc.description.abstractKesadaran untuk penyelamatan lingkungan hidup telah dikampanyekan seiring dengan fenomena kerusakan lingkungan. Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan memiliki peran penting dalam upaya penyelamatan lingkungan hidup melalui konsep Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM). Implementasi Green HRM dalam praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia memiliki dampak positif bagi perusahaan. Artikel ini mengkaji berbagai literatuse Green HRM selanjutnya digunakan sebgai dasar penyusunan model implementasi Green HRM dalam praktik sumber daya manusia secara komprehensif. Model yang dihasilkan dalam kajian ini meliputi 3 bagian, yaitu pertama stimulus atau motivator dari implementasi Green HRM baik secara eksternal maupun internal organisasi (kesadaran dan etika lingkungan, peraturan atau regulasi, serta komitmen organisasi). Bagian kedua yaitu proses implemetasi yang meliputi beberapa dimensi yaitu penentuan visi dan misi organisasi. Kebijakan organisasi terkait dengan perilaku ramah lingkungan dalam organisasi, komitmen dalam penyediaan teknologi ramah lingkungan, penyediaan fasilitas/sarana prasarana, serta berbagai program kerja organisasi yang berkaitan dengan perilaku ramah lingkungan. Proses implementasi Green HRM dalam proses penerimaan karyawan, pelatihan karyawan, penilaian kinerja karyawan, system kompensasi serta dalam fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lain. Dari proses implementasi akan menghasilkan perilaku ramah lingkungan bagi karyawan. Sedangkan bagian ketiga yaitu hasil atau dampak dari implementasi Green HRM yaitu efisiensi energi, material dan lainnya, dampak positif pada kinerja karyawan, serta citra perusahaan positif sebagai perusahaan ramah lingkungan.id
