Abstract: | Menggunakan teori Subjective Well-Being yang diciptakan oleh E.D Diener (1984), penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Subjective Well-Being pada narapidana di rutan II B Salatiga. Diener membagi komponen Subjective Well-Being menjadi 3 yaitu: Kepuasan Hidup, Emosi Positif, dan Emosi Negatif. Jumlah subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 5 orang Narapidana dengan kasus Narkoba. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif, dimana kelima subjek di wawancarai secara mendalam dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara, selain itu model wawancara yang dilakukan adalah wawancara dengan pedoman umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persamaan dan perbedaan dari kelima subjek dalam keadaan-keadaan tertentu seperti pada domain hubungan sosial, domain keluarga, dan hubungan dengan Tuhan. Subjek pertama cenderung memiliki Subjective Well-Being yang tinggi dibandingkan dengan subjek-subjek yang lain. Using the theory of Subjective Well-Being created by E.D Diener (1984), this study aims to describe the Subjective Well-Being at the prison inmates in II B Salatiga. Diener split components Subjective Well-Being into three namely: Life Satisfaction, Positive Emotions and Negative Emotions. The number of subjects in this study were 5 inmates with drug cases. The study was conducted with qualitative methods, where the five subjects are interviewed in depth by using interview guide, but it is a model of interviews conducted interviews with general guidelines. The results showed similarities and differences of the five subjects under certain circumstances such as in the domain of social relationships, family domains, and relationship with God. The first subject is likely to have Subjective Well-Being high in comparison with other subjects. |
