Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Komitmen Organisasi Ditinjau dari Tingkat Usia Karyawan di Okezone Jakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu karyawan Okezone berjumlah 53 karyawan. Dimana karyawan dewasa awal berusia 18 – 30 tahun yaitu 33 karyawan lalu karyawan dewasa lanjut berusia 31 – 50 tahun yaitu 20 karyawan. Skala komitmen organisasi yang digunakan yakni Skala Organizational Commitment Scale (Meyer & Allen,1990). Teknik analisa data menggunakan teknik uji independent t-test dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16 for windows. Hasil analisa data dengan menggunakan uji t menghasilkan thitung sebesar -1.146 dengan sig. 2-tailed = 0,257 (p> 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan komitmen organisasi antara karyawan dewasa awal (usia 18 – 30 tahun) dengan karyawan dewasa lanjut (usia 31 – 50 tahun). This research aims to identify the differences of organizational commitment levels of employees in the Legal age for Jakarta. The sample in the study i.e. employees Okezone amounted to 53 employees. Where theearly adult employees aged 18 - 30 years i.e. 33 employees then advanced adult employees aged 31 –50 years i.e. 20 employees. Organizational commitment scale used i.e. the scale of Organizational Commitment Scale (Meyer &,1990 Allen). Technique of data analysis using independent t-test techniques tes with the help of SPSS version 16 for windows. The results of the analysis of the data by using the t-test generated tcount -1,146 with sig 2-tailed = 0.257 (p>0.05). The results showed that there were no significant differences between the employee's organizational commitment early adulthood (age 18 – 30 years) with advanced adult employees (age 31 – 50 years). |
