Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior ditinjau dari Jenis Kelamin guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Warga Surakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Warga yang berjumlah 168 orang yang terdiri dari 90 guru laki-laki dan 78 guru perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Ada tiga skala yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini, yaitu skala OCB, skala iklim organisasi, dan skala komitmen organisasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui program SPSS windows 16.0. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa: (1). Iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil tersebut ditunjukkan dengan perhitungan statistik, yaitu nilai Fhitung 0,582 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,560 (p>0,05). (2). Ada perbedaan perilaku organizational citizenship behavior antara guru laki-laki dan perempuan. OCB pada perempuan lebih tinggi dengan rata-rata 111,72 dibandingkan OCB pada laki-laki dengan rata-rata 107,58. The aim of this study is to determine the Effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior viewed from Sex of Teacher in Yayasan Pendidikan Warga Surakarta. Samples of this research are totally 168 teachers of Yayasan Pendidikan Warga which consisted of 90 males and 78 females. This research used saturated sampling technique. There were three scales that is, organizational citizenship behavior scale, organizational climate scale, and organizational commitment scale. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis using SPSS Windows 16.0 program. The results showed that: (1). Organizational climate and organizational commitment have no effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The result is with statistical calculation, which is value Fhitung 0.582 significance value of 0.560 (p>0,05). (2). There are differences in organizational citizenship behavior among male and female teachers. OCB in women was higher with an average of 111.72 compared with OCB in men with an average of 107.58. |
