Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aspek definisi, aspek instalasi, aspek proses, aspek hasil evaluasi program pembelajaran guru SD alumni PLPG di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Suruh Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian evaluasi deskreptif dengan model evaluasi Descrepancy. Adapun standar penilaian kinerja guru SD alumni PLPG di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Suruh Kabupaten Semarang mencakup pada aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran, analisis hasil evaluasi serta pengayaan dan perbaikan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1. pada aspek evaluasi definisi telah terdapat tujuan dan sumber pendukung bagi kinerja guru SD alumni PLPG di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Suruh Kabupaten Semarang; 2. Aspek instalasi dalam penelitian evaluasi kinerja ini menggunakan Pedoman Pedoman Pelaksanaan PKG Kemendiknas 2010; 3). Sedangkan pada aspek evaluasi proses pada penelitian ini masih belum sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan, khususnya pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dimana kurangnya pengembangan metode dan penguasaan teknologi dan media pembelajaran menjadi problem utama bagi guru SD alumni PLPG; 4. Pada aspek evaluasi proses dalam penelitian ini belum mencapai sesuai dengan tujuan yang ditetapkan. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa program pembelajaran guru SD alumni PLPG di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Suruh Kabupeten Semarang Tahun 2016 masih belum sesuai dengan harapan dan standar yang ditetapkan. The purpose of this study is to find out the definition aspect, the installation aspect, the process aspect, and the aspect of the results of the evaluation learning program of the Elementary School teachers from PLPG in the Educational UPTD in Suruh Sub District of Semarang Regency. This study has been done by applying descriptive evaluation research method using Discrepancy evaluation model. The assessment standard of the evaluation learning of the Elementary School teachers from PLPG in the Educational UPTD in Suruh Sub District of Semarang Regency includes the lesson plan aspect, the learning implementation, the learning evaluation, the analysis of the evaluation results, the enrichment and the remedial. The data were collected by applying some techniques such as interviews, observation and documentation study. The study results show that 1). For the definition evaluation aspect, there are purposes and supporting resources of the performance of the Elementary School teachers from PLPG in the Educational UPTD in Suruh Sub District of Semarang Regency; 2). The installation aspect in this performance evaluation study has applied the Implementation Guidance of PKG Kemendiknas 2010; 3). The evaluation process aspect in this study has not been appropriate with the standard yet, especially in the learning implementation in which the lack of development method, technology mastery and learning media became the main problems for the Elementary School teachers from PLPG; 4). The evaluation process aspect in this study has not reached the established goal yet. Therefore, it can be concluded that the learning program of the Elementary School teachers from PLPG in the Educational UPTD in Suruh Sub District of Semarang Regency in 2016 has not been appropriate with the expectation and the standard yet. |
