Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul In-House Training di kalangan guru Sekolah Dasar untuk meningkatkan kompetensi ICT. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang melewati tujuh tahapan yaitu: penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, Perencanaan, Desain produk awal, Validasi desain (uji pakar), Revisi Produk, Uji Coba Terbatas, serta Revisi Produk. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 orang guru di SD Negeri Kroyo 1 Kecamatan Karangmalang Kabupaten Sragen. Analisis data menggunakan diagram Fish Bone. Analisis data disajikan dalam bentuk diskriptif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk akhir berupa modul IHT berjudul “Mengenal Power Point 2007” yang ditujukan bagi kalangan guru Sekolah Dasar. Hasil uji validitas oleh ahli pakar diperoleh hasil bahwa modul layak digunakan dalam uji coba terbatas dengan revisi. Modul yang telah direvisi selanjutnya diuji coba terbatas dan diperoleh hasil modul dapat diterima dan dapat digunakan sebagai modul IHT untuk meningkatkan kompetensi ICT di kalangan guru Sekolah Dasar. Penggunaan modul sebagai media dalam IHT dinilai mampu meningkatkan kompetensi ICT di kalangan guru SD Negeri Kroyo 1. Modul ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai media belajar mandiri dalam penggunaan aplikasi presentasi Power Point beserta pemanfaatan internet dan pengoperasian LCD Proyektor. The aim of this study was to develop an In-House Training Module for improving ICT Competence among Teachers in Elementary School. This study was a Research and Development, which engaged seven stages; Research and Information Collecting, Planning, Develop preliminary form of product, Validation of Product’s Design, Preliminary Product Revision, Preliminary Product’s Testing, and Operational Product’s Revision. The participants were 12 teachers in SD Negeri Kroyo 1 Subdistrict Karangmalang, District Sragen. The data was analyzed by using Fish Bone diagram, which were presented qualitatively. The result of validity test was that module could be use in the field trial after doing revision. In SD Negeri Kroyo 1, that module used in ¬In-House Training program, and it was acceptable for In-House Training program for improving ICT Competence among Teachers in Elementary School. This study produced an IHT Module entitled “Mengenal Power Point 2007” which was in the interest of Teachers in Elementary School. The use of this module could be judged for improving their ICT competence. Hopefully, this module could be used as an independent learning media for using Microsoft Office Power Point, internet, and LCD Projector. |
