Title: Evaluasi Kinerja Guru Bersertifikasi di SMP Negeri 3 Salatiga dengan Model Charlotte Danielson

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru bersertifikasi di SMP Negeri 3 Salatiga. Evaluasi ini dilakukan pada empat domain yaitu: (1) perencanaan dan persiapan pembelajaran, (2) pengelolaan kelas, (3) proses pembelajaran, dan (4) tanggung jawab professional guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah lima guru di SMP Negeri 3 Salatiga. Pengumpulan data utama dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen, dan rubrik penilaian kinerja guru. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi data dan sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: (1) kinerja guru bersertifikasi dalam mempersiapkan dan merencanakan pembelajaran termasuk dalam kategori baik, (2) kinerja guru bersertifikasi dalam mengelola kelas termasuk dalam kategori baik, (3) kinerja guru bersertifikasi dalam proses pembelajaran termasuk dalam kategori baik, dan (4) kinerja guru bersertifikasi dalam tanggung jawab profesionalnya termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik, karena kurang nya usaha yang dilakukan guru untuk mengembangkan diri, misalkan saja jarang mengikuti seminar, workshop, dan lain sebagainya.
The objectives of this research are to evaluate the performance of certified teachers in Junior High School State 3 Salatiga. This evaluation is performed on four domains: (1) planning and preparation of learning, (2) classroom management, (3) the learning process, and (4) the professional responsibilities of teachers. The type of research is evaluative research using qualitative methods. The subject of this research is five teachers in Junior High School State 3 Salatiga. The primary data collection is conducted through interviews, observation, documents studies, and rubric of teacher performance evaluation. The data validation is done using triangulation of data and sources. The results of this study stated that: (1) the performance of certified teachers in preparing and planning the learning is in a good category, (2) the performance of certified teachers to manage classes learning is in a good category, (3) the performance of certified teachers in the learning process learning is in a good category, and (4) the performance of certified teachers in professional responsibility is in quite good category, it is caused by the teacher who don’t want to follow seminar, workshop, and etc that will make them become more skillfull in teaching.
